Coach Dave here and this course is going to help you plan, prepare, document, and execute your work-from-home (or anywhere) business. It can be overwhelming to move from a dream to reality, and this set of courses is going to help you navigate through the steps.
The course is intended to address someone who has no experience in starting a business but will also provide helpful ideas and tips for established business owners. There are a total of 8 modules in this course, plus an introduction section, an additional mini-workshop on establishing goals, and then a wrap-up section.
To go with the video lessons, there are sourcebooks, action worksheets, and various other materials that come with the course. These resources are intended to provide multiple means of getting the message across for each module.
We will also be adding audio versions of each module so you can listen to them wherever you may find yourself. Perhaps on the drive to work, in the evening relaxing in the backyard, wherever.
For each of the modules, there is a note tab to the right of the screen where you can annotate anything of interest as you go through the modules as well. These notes can be saved and referred to anytime.
We also have a space (a separate area) in the SMART Biz Community for you to interact with other students and ask questions, provide input and feedback, and discuss the course in. This will be very helpful as you progress through the course.
If you are not already a member, go to https://smartbiz.tribeplatform.com and register (it’s free!). Once you have completed and confirmed via email, you can set up your profile page and ask to be added to the Work-From-Home Course Space.
There you can provide feedback, ask questions, and tap into the other members to get answers and solutions. Note there are a lot of other useful spaces within the community to check out too.
