In this course, I will introduce these four AI technologies that will increase your productiveness ten folds.
It’s probably a good idea to use artificial intelligence to maximize your productivity. I’ve saved so much time using these four tools, making presentations, taking notes, writing emails, conducting research, etc. And just to be clear, in no way, shape, or form am I connected to any of these technologies. Moreover, I’m not getting paid to discuss any of these. I just honestly find these tools useful.
Tool 1 – Tome: Since Tome is essentially an AI-powered presentation builder, it doesn’t matter if you need assistance with pitch decks, business proposals, school projects, or anything else; Tom can help. And the cool thing is that, yep, you heard that right, they really use GPT 3, and Dolly natively to assist you to generate the text in the photos for the Annotations. It’s very amazing how quickly this tool can actually build your complete presentation’s text and visuals in a narrative-like format.
Tool 2 – ChatGPT: The next one will be Chat GPT, which most of us are familiar with and adore by this point. I’ve been using it to draft emails, send memos to my staff, and do many other things.
I actually discussed using chat GPT to generate blog entries or articles that can improve your SEO. Many individuals might say that since Google can detect AI-written content, doing so would actually impair your rating. So, my friends, I have a workaround for that, so regardless of what you may be doing—whether it’s for SEO school or research—I do believe you should be able to use AI as a tool to assist you. QuillBot is an AI-based paraphrase app that you can use; it can essentially rephrase any paragraph for you. I’m going to show you another AI tool that you could pair chat GPT with to get around this. Also, it can alter the length, style, and tone of the message that you include. There are AI detectors in use now, demonstrating that this approach is effective.
Tool 3 – Superhuman: I usually prepare emails with the aid of GPT chat, but this next tool uses AI to improve and optimize your emails. Hence, Superhuman asserts to be the quickest email service ever created. And I have to admit that it has significantly altered how I really use my email. Therefore, the first way AI is used is to quickly display the emails that you value the most or are most important to you based on your behavior, ensuring that you never miss important emails again. In addition, they have an undo send feature, which I did not even know was possible, but if you click it, it will be as if the email was never sent. Thus, if you made a mistake or said something incorrect, you can just hit the “undo send” button and you’ll be all set.
Also, they have a feature that lets you know if someone has seen your emails, which I didn’t know was possible. These are simply interesting features, but they actually speed up email usage rather than requiring users to memorize the locations of all the buttons on the Google user interface. To set a reminder to respond to this email two days from now, simply open a command center, hit command U, and type in what you wish.
Tool 4 – Notion: Notion is a spreadsheet-based note-taking tool. It is essentially the same as Google Suite, including Google Documents and Google Spreadsheets, but it is far more sophisticated and has a superior user interface. So, Notion just made an announcement about the arrival of its AI features. Currently, there is a waitlist. Although this isn’t now available, in general, if you haven’t utilized Notion, do so because it will save you a ton of time and has many useful features that will enhance your quality of life. But, it may also be used to create spreadsheets, manage teams, and much more. You can actually layer your note-taking, which is extremely fascinating.
