Always a worthy conversation, getting your business off the ground as quickly as possible has different answers depending on who you talk to. You can indeed fine-tune things to a point where nothing gets done. I have seen that with some people.
On the other hand, launching too early can be a mistake too if certain things are in place and ready to support the expected influx of clients that you are planning for. I have seen that in some cases too.
The happy medium is what to shoot for, in my opinion, and it helps to have some experienced eyes checking what you have done and where you are at in the process. Using templates, and checklists, and asking for others’ opinions is also helpful.
This is how we have structured the SMART(ER) Business Platform. A combination of training, assets and resources, and feedback from Coach Dave (me) or SMART Team members, or even other members of the SMART(ER( Biz Community will be helpful.

Where you sell them also makes a difference. Choosing the right platforms and adding a description that addresses what prospects are looking for helps somewhat. Also, pricing is a factor and you need to know what the competition is doing, where they are selling,m how much are they selling, etc.
